Earthmover’s Community Giveback Program dedicates an annual budget to local 501(c)(3) non-profits, fueling vital, diverse projects and fulfilling wish lists. By meeting needs, backing causes and uplifting organizations, we’re proud to make a lasting impact in the communities we call home.
In 2024, we donated $30,000 to over 25 organizations and in 2025, that number increased to $40,000.

Earthgivers is a 100% team-led philanthropic division of Earthmover that works directly with local individuals and families in the community to uplift and support them when they need it most. Each quarter we select a new recipient in need, raise funds and then donate those funds—no strings attached.
In 2024, Earthgivers raised $5,915.77 that went directly to individuals and families in need.

Through the Illinois Community Reinvestment Act, Earthmover focuses on the greater good of our community, especially low and moderate income areas, by providing fair access to loans, services and financial opportunities.
Teen Investment Program Scholarships
Earthmover Credit Union’s Teen Investment Program (T.I.P.) awards $4,000 in local college scholarships each year to graduating seniors. Essays are evaluated by a committee for originality, insight and connection to the prompt. The scholarship helps students offset the cost of tuition, providing both recognition and financial support as they pursue their education.
Since 1997, the T.I.P. has rewarded local seniors with over $116,000!

Employer Support Through CORE
Earthmover’s CORE program partners with local businesses to provide their employees with free access to great loan and savings rates, personalized financial guidance and lifelong support. By helping employees succeed financially, CORE strengthens businesses and builds a stronger community—at no cost to the employer. That’s the CORE promise.
Direct Support for Employees
CORE gives local employees a dedicated advisor—one who works to remove financial and budget burdens in and out of the workplace. When staff are free from financial stress, they’re able to give more focus and attention to the work ahead.

Insight360 offers Earthmover members a 360 degree look at their finances, 100% free of charge. During this evaluation, Earthmover staff actively seek ways to help the member save money, earn more and gain a better understanding of their financial future.

Our team members intentionally and purposefully work to save our members money day in and day out. With over 50% of our staff working directly with members to find better deals, more savings and lower their interest rates, the member becomes the focal point of financial success.

Through our partnership with the Aurora Financial Empowerment Center, members can receive free, one-on-one financial counseling from budgeting help to building credit all with confidence and care.
Save To Win
We offer a special certificate of deposit encouraging members to save by automatically giving them a chance to win $5,000 every time a $25.00 deposit is made.

Our Pace Checking is Bank On Certified, ensuring safe, affordable banking access and promoting financial inclusion in our community.
